This workshop is all about developing self love and body confidence (if the phrase self love is making you cringe, this might be the class for you). In this workshop we will be exploring how to navigate certain physical aspects of a typical yoga class using props and variations of poses to help you gain the confidence to step onto your mat no matter where you are or who is teaching the class. By putting you in the drivers seat and asking the question, does this feel good in my body, and if not how can I modify thing specific pose to work for me, you have the power to make your yoga practice fit you, which of course is what yoga is all about. Alongside the physical aspect of this workshop we will also explore the mental and emotional baggage that can be found when we begin connecting with our bodies through loving movement. Let's move to feel good, let's nourish our bodies as well as our spirits, let's do it together.
